14-day returns
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Just reach out with your order number and we'll get it started.
Item condition
Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Return shipping
Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived defective or incorrect — in that case, we've got it covered.
How refunds are processed
Because our products ship directly from our suppliers, refunds are issued once the supplier confirms receipt and condition of the returned item. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
